1954 Jeep Station Wagon. Deer Isle, Maine

 

First Saturday of deer hunting season, and we stopped at a Hunter's Breakfast on Deer Isle and caught 2 Jeep station wagons and a Jeep pickup from the same era. The Jeep above has spent most of its life on Isle au Haut, where they don't salt the roads, and where registration & license plates are an affectation.
