1968 Dodge Dart

These were durable cars by the standards of their era. The Slant Six was a workhorse. I wonder if this car is really just a survivor--or a sleeper, in disguise, like this '66 Bel Air. Or my favorite car, this '64 Biscayne.

1965 Pontiac Catalina

Autoliterate is a Catalina fan and this one packs some punch, though it does not compare in sleekness to the earlier-Sixties Pontiacs.  On the block today at B-A-T.

Your basic Benz: The 240D

The plain-jane Mercedes-Benz 240D, taxi to the world. Maybe the great Basic Car.

New York 50 "Spartan"

Spartan, New York 50, designed and built by Capt. Nathaneal Herreshoff, 1913. We caught her on Eggemoggin Reach. (Didn't actually catch her, we were sailing Scout nw on a port tack.)
