Scouting, c. 1980

 

From Reid Cunningham: "On the New York State Thruway somewhere between Syracuse and Utica yesterday, this was at the next pump at the rest area.  I take it as a good sign it's getting moved and hopefully is someone's winter project."

We caught a 1980 Scout II in Blue Hill, ME a while back. Here's a 1974 Scout II in Harvard Square. And a Scout II Rallye in NJ. Have been hearing about a VW Scout for a while, haven't seen one yet. Are they out there?
