Boats. Center Harbor, Brooklin, Maine

 

Not finding much old metal around in Maine these days, so we are posting some old wood instead--boats we've seen this week here at the Brooklyn Boatyard. Mazurka (above) is  Trumpy  yacht (that's a famous builder of boats, not an adjective) built c.1955.

Luna is Buzzards Bay 25, a classic daysailer designed by Nathaniel Herreshoff. (Below, Luna in flight)

The runabout below---we know she was restored here a couple years back. Very sleek. Must find out more and report.

                     

Isabel is a classic big wooden sloop with a raised salon.
