1955 Jeep CJ-5

From Reid Cunningham: "A 1955 CJ-5.  The Hurricane 4 cylinder (Willy's had the best names for their engines, the Go-Devil 4 was the earlier Jeep engine, later was the Super Hurricane and their 6 cylinders had names like Lightening and Tornado), has been swapped for a 304 V8.  I like that someone kept the engine in the Willy's, Kaiser, AMC family instead of the ubiquitous Chevy small block.  I am really not sure about that bug eyed look of some aftermarket grill.  Is it because of the V8 taking so much space in the engine compartment?

AL: we've posted serval Jeeps; Here's an earlier CJ, in Missouri. And a Mitsubishi J-53. And another c. 1950 CJ. Then there's our piece on Brooks Stevens and the Jeep pickup.
