The triple tail lights(3 each side) were a 1960 feature only. The 1958 and 1959 had twin tail lights(2 each side) If this has Coil spring rear suspension then it would be a 58 as that was the only year for that. 1959 and 1960 used leaf springs for the rear suspension.
