Gas Station to Gallery, 802 N. Nevada, Colorado Springs


This was a gas station, now a Colorado College student gallery. 802 N. Nevada Street. It's looking very Marfa-esque around here.

    Saw a similar re-purposing at UN Las Vegas, but it had been a fast food restaurant previously. I did studio visits there. But this is a very nice conversion, very clean.
