1964 Ford Galaxie 500

From Reid Cunningham: A trip to help my daughter move out of her dorm turned up a number of nice cars in Berea, Ohio.  This Galaxie 500 has the top of the line 390 which should make for some spirited performance everywhere but at the gas pump.  I've owned a couple of full-sized convertibles with big V8's (a 1972 Pontiac Granville with a 455 and a 1974 Chevrolet Caprice with a 400) and I think they are perfect for effortless highway cruising with the top down.  They are a kind of car (along with station wagons, personal luxury coupes and more) that have completely disappeared from the new vehicle market.  What a shame!
