Cambridge Icon: The 1983 Volvo 240 Wagon

Back in the day nothing said " Professor" like a Volvo wagon. They were rigorous, they were logical, they made sense. Volvos are a different tribe theses days, much fancier, and you don't see many of this era around Cambridge. But the ones you do see look like they've been cared-for in only an after-thoughtish, absentminded way, sort of the way graduate students are used and abused. They were tough, hardy cars. I'm guessing but I would say this one is maybe an '83?
