"Real 15411 Black post sedan... and as plain as they come .
Originally built with black paint and turquoise interior.( all sun-baked)
No PS , PB , radio , no rear seat belts , and no drivers door mirror ( remember.. these were all options in 65)
Original sheet metal was kept as very little body work was required , Solid Body , Frame and Floors .
This was a frame - on restoration, with the undercarriage detailed with new suspension . New brakes & lines installed .
New gas line and gas tank. New 4 core radiator
Fresh Rebuilt 396 (date , cast correct for 65 model year)
M20 Muncie 4 speed transmission ( date , cast correct )
Factory Exhaust manifolds ( date, cast correct)
Hurst 4 spd Shifter ( 65 version - big $ & rare .)
12 bolt posi : rebuilt with 3:31 gears .
F41 HD suspension added ( HD F&R sway bars OEM)
Fresh "old school" single stage paint job . This car still had its original paint before I started the rebuild . ( note : fresh paint still needs to be cut and polished)
Custom interior included - seats and door panels , all dark gray with red piping... very sharp.
New Black carpet , Many NOS parts were used in this rebuild.
Restored 65 Biscayne steering wheel with NOS horn ring / Hub ( not installed yet ) will be included .
Driver quality bumpers ( some dents and fading) , and nice driver quality front grill.
15 " steel wheels with correct 65 dog dish poverty caps . Good Glass .
This car was built to be my daily driver , and not a trailer queen .
Project is 95% finished .... and still requires :
Headliner , carpet underlay , Trunk lid seal , Mufflers & Exhaust pipes , upper post door channel fuzzies.
The door panels need to be re-installed as well as the garnish mouldings ( all included )
Some other light finishing touches required . That's about it !
Clean Clear title (Government paperwork : proof of ownership and transfer documents )
Vehicle is located just south of Winnipeg , Manitoba , Canada . ( one hour north of the North Dakota US border.)
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange shipping , and pay any taxes , custom / import duties etc...
Customs/ duty charges to import to the USA are about $500.00
Your welcome to come and pick it up , or have it shipped by carrier .
