We stopped by Chuck "Chuggy" Proper's establishment on Deer Isle. Did you catch the Tire Tracks documentary a few years ago, about the Deer Isle donut (as in burning rubber!) culture. Here's a NYT piece on the film and the island and Chug. He's been working on the Chevy lately, and a few other projects besides, including the '77 EL Camino, below.
