c.1946 Dodge flatbed. Ponteix, Saskatchewan

From Alex Emond: Here's a Ponteix truck that you have seen before, but now it has a newer flatbed on it and is roadworthy again. Maybe more practical but I miss the original bed. It now has the same colour scheme as the Saskatchewan Roughriders football team, and that is definitely intentional. The good thing , to quote Willie Nelson  is that it's back on the road again . Roger, the owner, is a very good mechanic, an engine whisperer. The truck is newer than the floating headlights suggest ... post-war, with a pre-war vibe .  P.S.- thanks for Marisa Anderson - she sounds reincarnated- back from the late 1920's
