1959 Edsel Under Wraps
A work-in-progress at Goldenrod Garage in Freeport Maine. Neil always has a bunch of cars for sale. There are the cars kept in cold storage, the trailer queens in a heated shed---and the yard dogs, below. The 1960 Ford and the '63 Mercury are both wagons.
The 1959 Edsel convertible is unusual in that it appears to be painted Mist Green and Snow White. With over 300 1959 Edsel convertibles on file, only two others have ever been found in this color combination, one in Iowa and another in California.
