Bridges Point Boatyard, Brooklin, Maine

There's a great interview with Wade Dow, owner of the Bridges Point Boatyard, here. Mr Dow was born in (what is now) our house, in North Brooklin. He has built many lobsterboat hulls, and most of the Bridges Point 24s, a small cruising sailboat designed by Joel White. As well as a boatbuilder, and lobsterman, Wade Dow is an accomplished country-and-western style guitar player and a terrific cowboy yodeler.
