1963 Chevrolet C10, New Mexico
Bill Burleson caught the truck in Santa Fe. Here's a 64 C-30 in Saskatchewan we mistook for a '63. Also a '62 C-10, and a '61 Apache 10 in Marfa, Texas.

1963 Galaxie 500 XL Rocket Ship
A salesman car...but no. Personally, I'd go for steel wheels and dog-dish hubcaps but that's an easy fix. On the block at BaT. 1963 Ford Galaxie 500XL
Keitora
from Reid Cunningham: "I finally caught one of these in the wild in Victor NY. Rough around the edges and no plate. Reminds me growing up when every garage seemed to have an old battered Jeep for plowing out the parking pumps. The one down the street from where we lived in the early 70's was even a well- worn COE Jeep. Red of course, did they even make them in another color? All those old Jeeps either dissolved to rust or are now too valuable as collector vehicles. Kei trucks may be the new version. "

California Dreaming: 1936 Ford Woodie

Caught the car in Santa Barbara while I was on The O'Briens book tour a while back.
p.s. My French publishers, Philippe-Rey, are bringing out a new pocketbook edition of The O'Briens in France this spring.

1990 F-150; 1983 Jeep CJ-5
from Reid Cunningham Hoosick, NY. "The F-150 caught my eye: a regular cab longbed with a bench seat and a 5 speed manual. It's not even possible to buy a stick shift anymore. Wranglers are as common as mailboxes now, but it's been a long stretch since I have seen a CJ-5 in the wild. This is an 83, the last year of the series. I couldn't tell if it had the Iron Duke 4 or the optional AMC 6."
