1960 Chevrolet Impala convertible, Banff.

 from Alex Emond, in Banff:

"This was parked nearby this afternoon and I felt it my solemn duty to grab the camera and document it before it rolled on back to British Columbia. There was an old dog sleeping in the driver's seat ... no car should ever be too precious for dogs. Right on.
"About the fins: they relied more on the designer's artistic vision than any wind-tunnel data. Style trumps function. Hopefully, he'll be able to put the top down for some late afternoon drive"-AE
