From Reid Cunningham: " A little worn around the edges, but it would make a nice candidate for a restoration given that it is a convertible. Not a barn burner, but the 289 would make for nice cruising on the weekend–and easier on the wallet at the pump."
AL: Fairlane? Have we got Fairlanes!? Start with this mild- mannered 1968 Ford Fairlane sedan in NJ. Then a prom queen '56 Ford Fairlane Sunliner. A down-to-business '56 Ford Fairlane coupe in No. Calif. A 1958 Ford Fairlane Skyliner from PA. Oh, and the 1964 Ford Fairlane wagon we used in that shoot for LL Bean. And every time I try to write Fairlane, it auto corrects to Hairline.
