1952 International L-110

from Alex Emond in the Saskatchewan Old Truck Game Preserve: "Here's a sleeping beauty. Seems to be listing to port, captain, but the body looks really good. I like the tall windshield. This is a good looking truck. I was on my way to Assiniboia and saw this in a farmyard...nobody home so I just took one shot and left.

Toyota Land Cruiser (mid-Eighties?)

Michael Moore spotted the Toyota Land Cruiser in Benicia, CA. If you try our search widget (up there on the right) for Land Cruiser you'll see a bunch more of various eras, including this nimble 1970 LC in Marfa, Texas.
This is the time of year when Autoliterate very much depends on correspondents in warmer climes. Old metal on the road is rare in New England from now until May. If you see it, send it, please.

Advanced Design 1950 Chevrolet 1300

From Alex Emond in Limerick, Saskatchewan: This handsome pick up appears roadworthy but semi-retired. Dig the visor ... the truck equivalent of a ball cap. Nobody was home - just a large sounding dog that was growling at me from the back porch. The original burglar alarm . Cheers , Alex

Mazda 1300

Stephen Hendrickson caught the Mazda in Amsterdam, back in August. Here's one of our posts from Amsterdam a few years back. If you try Wassenaar in the search widget--up there on the right--you'll see a bunch of vehicles that caught our eye during our season at Netherlands Institute for Advanced Study.
