From Colin Washburn: "1925 Model T Ford, 100 years old! Delivered new — in boxes — to Sonora, Ca., where it’s been all these years. Body solid; no paint, total rust-brown patina, but no holes in body. Floor boards — literally! — are from the crates car was delivered in. Newer tires and re-done upholstery are only improvements.I got a ride in it on Thanksgiving day …… starts right up and is geared high, moves out surprisingly fast. As basic and simple as they come. Old Henry knew his stuff, and built good cars!"
AL: We posted on a 1913 cross-country journey in a Model T. Also a 1927 T in Saskatchewan and a 1917 Model T in Maine.
