The AV in Puako, Hawaii
from Colin Washburn: "Here in Hawaii, if you abandon your ride, the Man will tape AV (Abandoned Vehicle) on it, and if it isn't towed away tout suite it will soon be picked clean. Case in point, this rig at Puako, Big Island."
