1950 Ford Country Squire

We were watching surf videos at breakfast this morning, at maybe our favorite breakfast place in the world---Esau's, in Carpinteria, California. On Linden Avenue, a couple blocks up from the beach. Sea air blowing down the Ave., a bit of high cloud and morning fog, but no sign of the dreaded marine layer. Blue skies by noon, warm winds, and scents of lavender and sage while driving along Foothills Road to dodge the Sunday traffic on Hwy 101.  BB saw this Ford woody in Carp, late afternoon, the perfect hour for California light.
