1987 GMC 2500

from Reid Cunningham: "Since I love your white square body (AL: below) here is my 87. Base model, but with every heavy duty box checked on the order form, brakes, battery, steering, suspension, transmission, you name it. Last year of the square body and first for throttle body injection. 350, turbo 400, 4:11 gears. The extra low end torque of the TBI and 4:11's surprised a lot of cars in the city when they tried to beat you to the next light and jump ahead of you. Vinyl bench seat, crank windows. The only amenities were an AM/FM radio (mono!) and a lighter. Sadly it was totalled 7 years ago when a guy in a brand new Infiniti SUV ran a red light. Thankfully everyone walked away with only bruises and scrapes but the truck was beyond repair. I only owned it a year but I still miss it. Replaced with the most opposite vehicle imaginable, a Fiat 500 convertible, but that's another story."
