1950 Mercury & Co., West Texas

From a friend's garage in West Texas...
I don't much like Art Cars but this one is over so many tops, I can only admire it...and to think it started life as a Saab...Have a look (below) at some of the other units in this collection.


My favorite might be the green Mercury in the corner, below; I think a 1951. We've posted it a while back. An unrestored low-mileage original.
 
And I like the late-40s Dodge convertible, Welch's Grape flavour...


Doctor's car, a Buick Century dinosaur. We posted a '57 Buick Roadmaster convertible up in Cambridge this fall.


 The baby blue's a Lincoln, I think.
 The Volvo P18 Estate.
 1940 Cadillac.
