2 International Scouts, Colorado Springs

"Vintage scouts, Colorado Springs. Still top if the Christmas wish list."--CEM
Last we heard from Craig Manning, Professor of Earth and Space Sciences at UCLA,  he was collecting DDR photographers in Berlin. And remember, before that, his story about the girl and the truck in LA? He dispatched these from The Springs over Thanksgiving weekend. The white machine has been up on Autoliterate before. Between teaching creative writing at Colorado College, and finishing my third novel (KARIN, pub. date is March 2016, from Pantheon in the US, and Anansi in Canada) I've spent a lot of time cycling the backstreets of The Springs, especially in the Old North End and the Patty Jewett neighborhood, east of CC, hunting old iron. If you google Autoliterate and Colorado Springs, you'll see what I mean.
My guess is the white Scout 800 is a '72,  the blue a couple of years older.
