1972 Kenworth; beetle-kills

from Colin Washburn in the Sierras: " Went for another ride-along with my friend Daniel Cover yesterday in his 1972 KENWORTH, an oldie but a goodie. My ears still ringing today from the LOUD Jake-brake !
Hauling beetle-killed trees out of Yosemite National Park. LOTS of standing-dead trees throughout the Sierra Nevada, sadly.
On a brighter note ; Yosemite Valley lush and green, the waterfalls raging with the record-setting snow melt. Merced River ( River of Mercy en Español ) overflowing it's banks !"--CRW
