That 1930s era ranch house is home/office to the foreman who manages the ranch that owns the large house with the columns. The ranch was then (15 years ago) owned by a family trust from out of state. I went there with a friend to get permission to enter the ranch so we could draw and paint. One of the pastel drawings I did that day is hanging in our front room.
