Peter . I remember that Toby was offered that log house and the little frame house beside it for $ 70,000 . Toby didn't want to " sign his life away ' so he passed on that . The log place got moved across the street and worked into a new place . At that time interest rates were up around 20% , so it was a scary thing to go into debt. Alex
