From Alex Emond: This little English machine is parked just down the street. It belongs to Guenther Boehnisch, whom Toby and Colin and, I think, yourself as well  used to work for  in his landscape and trail-renewal business. He just turned 92 last week. Obviously he still has his license and is doing just fine . Right-hand drive. Guenther owns a similar vintage Morgan as well, but I haven't seen it out lately.

1966 Plymouth Valiant Signet convertible. Blue Hill, Maine

 

Owner has had it 30 years. Belonged to a neighbor for 30 years before that. All original. We posted a 1965 Valiant from Portland, Maine a while back. Also posted Jane Hilberry's poem, The Plymouth Valiant. We saw a very clean original 1965 Valiant in Arundel, ME a while back.

1997 Toyota Hiace 30D. Blue Hill, Maine

Japanese import. Owner found it at TokyoMotorsDC The rest of the world drives much cooler and more practical vehicles than the USA. We see a lot of these imported Japanese vans, often 4wd, on the Pacific Coast, particularly in and around Vancouver. Here's a 4wd Mitsubishi van caught in St Louis, with links to others.
