John O'Hara, "Pat Collins", and Pottsville PA

Thanks to Larry Nordell for this image, which arrived in my inbox while I was reading the John O'Hara story, "Pat Collins", which is about a car dealer in O'Hara's "Gibbsville" (i.e., Pottsville, PA) in the 1920s and 30s.
"Closer to home he would stand for hours, studying the sporty roadsters and phaetons outside the Penn fraternity houses; big Simplexes with searchlights on the running boards, Fiats and Renaults and Hispanos and Blitzen-Benzes..."
