1967 Ford F100, Peaks Island, Maine Summer

I'm usually not that interested in photos of derelict trucks. The photos in the old car mags of some heap rusting in a farmer's field just don't do it for me. I like trucks with a past that have a present. I guess what knocked me out about this--I'd say 1967--F100 on Peaks Island, Maine was that blue, and that surround of luxuriant green, which is summer in Maine, and which in February is so hard to believe in. But summer happens, even in Maine. I'll need to remind myself next February.
